The CenHerSt is dedicated to the study of heritage. It is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable autonomous research and training institute based in Bangladesh. The CenHerSt started functioning in the year of 2009 and registered under the trust registration Act in March 16, 2015. Registration No. Bangladesh/IV-6/2015/Dinajpur. The CenHerSt promotes heritage of Bangladesh and organizes study trips to historical sites, cultural events, and nature sites in all corners of Bangladesh. Lectures are organized several times a year on a wide range of topics. The CenHerSt also publishes scholarly books; stages indigenous performances; hosts exhibitions and conferences; and is involved in projects of cultural preservation.

The CenHerSt is guided by the vision of empowering the society by generating and disseminating knowledge pertaining to the rich and vibrant cultural and natural heritage of Bangladesh in particular and South Asia in general.

Provide professional training on heritage management, arts and crafts making, etc
